Schoolof Foreign Languages and Cultural Communication held a meeting to promote the assessment of undergraduate education and teaching.

On the morning of the 18th, the School of Foreign Languages and Cultural Communication held ameeting on the promotion of undergraduate education teaching audit andassessment in the 303 office of the School, which was presided over by theSecretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Gu Xiankai, and all the Heads of theteaching departments attended the meeting. At the meeting, Vice Dean Yu Pinganalyzed the problems in the pre-assessment and made arrangements for the nextaudit and assessment work. Finally, Dean Zheng Peiyun affirmed the pre-auditand assessment work and put forward hope for the next step.

In the afternoon of the 18th, the college also held a teachers' meeting, which was presided overby Gu Xiankai, Secretary of the Party Committee, and attended by the members of the college team and all the teaching staff.

At the meeting, allteachers collectively listened to and studied the feedback from the pre-assessment experts. Vice Dean Yu Ping, combined with expert opinions andthe actual situation of the college, explained in detail the specificrequirements of the audit and evaluation, and arranged the follow-up tasks andtime nodes, emphasizing that all departments and faculties need to prepare instrict accordance with the assessment requirements, to ensure that the norms of teaching and materials.

Dean Zheng PeiYun acknowledged the faculty's work in Education and Teaching, and at the sametime pointed out the problems in the teaching assessment of each program andproposed the direction of improvement. She encouraged all faculty members totake the assessment as an opportunity to promote the quality of Education andteaching in the college.

Gu Xiankai,Secretary of the Party Committee, emphasized the importance and urgency of theaudit and evaluation in his mobilization speech and put forward three opinions:enhance awareness, create an atmosphere, and raise the sense of urgency of theaudit and evaluation work; take the problem as the guide, grasp theimplementation, and make specific improvements through special thematicdiscussions on the measures; and actively safeguard and participate in the workof the assessment to ensure that the work of the assessment is carried out inan orderly manner.

The meeting clarified the direction and requirements of the audit and evaluation, and all the faculty and staff of School of Foreign Languages and Cultural Communicationwill work together to ensure a smooth evaluation and promote Education andTeaching to a new level.
